First impression

When we arrived at the hotel we noticed very fast that no one there was able to speak english.
The receptionist was very dismissing and unfriendly. He didn’t pay much attention to us and it seemed like he felt disturbed by our questions.
Before we got the keys to our rooms, we had to fill a document with datas about where we came from, where we lived before and where we want to go later and so on.

The hotel itself was okey because of the big pool with the beautiful view and the big rooms with a balcony. But our room for example was beautiful but not clean. We had dirty bedclothes and towels. Our cleaner left the balcony door open every day so we had insects in the room every evening.

Location

The position of the hotel was not very good. It was far away from the bus station, from the center of the city and on a high mountain so that we weren’t able to go up there with our luggage. To arrive at the hotel, we had to take a taxi from the bus station.
Around the hotel there is nothing. So in the evening we only had the choice to eat at the restaurant in our hotel, or to go all the way down to the city centre.

Eating

The breakfast was okey but the dinner was very bad. We had to wait one hour for our food. In a restaurant with many guests it is comprehensible that you have to wait so long. But we were the only ones there. On the last evening we ordered sandwiches from the roomservice. When they brought it to our room, we noticed that it was moldy.
So we went to the reception to do a complaint. The cook came to ask about our problem. We told him that the sandwich was moldy. He took a look on it and said, that it wasn’t so moldy and that we could eat it without any problem.

Conclusion

The service was very bad, the staff wasn’t friendly or helpful in any way. Comparing the service with price of the hotel it has been very expensive. We were very disappointed about our stay and therefore we can’t recommend this hotel. It has been the worst hotel we have ever visited.
