We booked a Grand Suite about a special program called Hyatt Prive. The program included access to the Club Lounge, an upgrade and a 100$ voucher. The first receptionist has never heard of the program and so we got no advantages. We was a bit unhappy about it and asked again another person. She haven’t known about Hyatt Prive again but as we explained it we got these benefits except the upgrade. In the end we got an E-Mail in which they said sorry for that.
The hotel has two pools which is great. One is indoor and one outdoor, so that we could swim although it rained one day. They have 2 saunas but we weren’t in there.
What we definitely loved about our stay was the Club Lounge. There was a great atmosphere for working or just chilling and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The snacks in the Lounge were also good and we could take non-alcoholic drinks there any time we wanted for free.
The breakfast is good but nothing special. We can not really recommend the dinner there, it is okey but there are better possibilities for dinner. We don’t liked the bar as well because it was almost in the lobby and very small.
Our Grand Suite was great. It was very big and we loved the view over Sao Paulo from our floor-length windows. It was clean and we enjoyed the Suite.
The service was very different. The receptionist we had was very unfriendly but the pool man and Club Lounge staff were great!
So all in all we can recommend the hotel because of the big rooms, the pools and the Club Lounge.
